It’s been a peaceful, mostly quiet Wednesday, after a week and a half that has been topsy turvy.
Today I picked the first ripe peach of the year: small, not much more than a good mouthful all told—but perfect: giving but not mushy, sweetly juicy. Small things that bring joy.
I’ve been thinking of the past, the future; how much I appreciate friends, family—those who have had my back and for whom I strive to do the same. And how we carry the ones we love with us, even when they’re not here.
It’s going to be a short one tonight. Thanks, as always, for reading!
God bless you ...
